Wow what a kick start on Optifast. I have lost 21 pounds on my scale at home after eight days on Optifast after ballooning significantly when I finished nursing my 10 month old and started on Lyrica. I am down 14 pounds since my last visit with the surgeon and the scheduling of the surgery date.
