"Very nice . I first met him while attended one of his support group meetings. He is the main spokes person at our meetings which I find to be remarkable . He is a very busy doctor but believes these meeting are imparative and therefore makes the time to attend and participate. Over time my impression only got better. He is very personable and makes you feel perfectly at ease to ask anything about the surgery. He expalins that it is not any easy way out but one of the hardest things I will ever take on in my life but also one of the most rewarding. His nursing staff is wonderful too. Debbie his assistant and right hand is just like Dr. Mark. She is upbeat and makes you feel good just very comfortable. His nurse Jeannie that does the insurance stuff was just as helpful.
I can't think of anything that would be the least i liked about him . Because i am very happy and thrilled to have found him and the fact he lives close to my home is even better for my family . Previously most of the patients had to go our of state in order to have this type of surgery.
He does have a very structured after care and emphasis protein and exercise.
He was completely honest about the risks of the surgery.
I would rate him EXCELLENT
There is nothing more to say about Dr. Mark Johnson other than he is wonderful. He is caring , considerate and listens to you. He will not pull any punches if you are not doing the right thing he will tell you . That is a good trait I believe.
