I had a revision from a VBG to a RNY on 6/13/2006 and it was a nightmare.  I was in the hospital 445 days, finally coming home on 8/31/2007.  I nearly died several times.  I still need another surgery.

I know it works for many people, but it was the worst decision I ever made.
