hello everyone its been along time ..since i last posted and update..i doing good ,was sick there for a min..but i'm ok i now 155pds that is amazin was at 145 but the holidays mess that up will get back on track

hello everyone, i'm doing good ,i finally got on the scale 187 is the magic number...trying to lose 37 pounds......

hello everyone it's been sooooooooooo long since i posted a mess...i was ill feel alot better now..happy to report i am now in a size 14/16 ..

well, i had my 1st month doc appt. on Monday..doc release me to eat just about want i want ..within reason....i thought that was a joke..due to the fact i can barely eat anything..due to fear...but i am trying ..made chicken salad ..even ate some pretty good..went down with no problems...great will try bake fish ..i'll tell you how that goes....

well what can i say ...i have lost a total of 34lbs since the surgery..1mos...happy can't  believe it ...i can now wear everything in my closet..eating better...still struggling with those vitamins....now i'm 18/20 shirts and 22 bottoms....so happy..trying to get down to 250 before next doctors appt on the 27th........and yeah having issues sleeping at night ..

Well, it seems my weight loss is slowing down its weird how at first I was losing 2lbs a day now its a pound a day or every couple of days.....i hate the scale...had some ankle issues...and a few leg cramps...all gone a way ...got on the treadmill today...sooo happy about that...crystal lite is my new best friend...having bad luck with protein and vitamin intake..must do something.....ok report later...

Well I tell ya..this week after surgery has been different....i find it really hard to get in 50 grams of protein in ...that shit is hard....today I had applesauce 4oz,1suger free popsicle,boost high protein shake..2 small cups..and water..so got on scale today 13lbs lost since surgery ...

07/13/07  well , its almost here ...i already have  my chewable flintstone vitamins,viactiv,b12,iron pills....nervous...have a taste for a chopped beef sandwich...saw it on food network last night must stay away from this channel....had a heart to heart with my daughter today ..gave her instruction just in case I don't make it...i feel that I will...but just in case...Mom will be here on Monday.....ok can will post soon...to be honest can't wait to post after 07/17/07

I CALLED THE INS CO ...ON TUESDAY  I AM APPROVED ...AND I HAVE A DATE 07/17/2007...SO   HAPPY

WELL I'VE POSTED BEFORE BACK IN 04-05 LOST 80LBS AND GAINED IT ALL BACK STARTED 3MOS DIET WITH SURGERY DR KIM IN NORTH RICHLAND HILLS ,TX IN JAN 2007 LAST VISIT IS WITH HIM IS MAY 09,07 THEN PAPER WORK WILL BE SUBMITTED...WILL POST SOON...

05/30/2007....well spoke to dr office on 05/21 stated submitting info to ins co...now i'm just waiting want to call ins co..afraid of rejection ..everyone knows the horrible stories about Aetna ins.
