U have been obese most of my life, I have overcome the addictions of alcholism,drugs and cigarettes. I have been clean 20years and free from cigarettes 12yrs. I have two children (living) and five grand children. I love music, gardening, dancing, cooking, cars and I have a dog.
Like most of you I have tried every diet and weight los machine out there< I would lose the weight only to gain it back and a few more. Last year i lost a whoppin 60lbs and I thought that I would make it......but that is not what happened. As I planned for my 50th birthday I knew that I was going to have to do something different, I told myself that if I did not reach my goal by my birthday which was in december , that I would revist the process of wls and I am sooo glad that I did......I know the best of my life lies ahead of me and I am so glad that I have all of you to go on this journey with me.
