"My first impression was a good one, he tells you how it is and answers guestions thoroughly. He was late for my appointment but its understandable, if I were that patient I would hope he would drop everything and take care of things instead of having another surgeon do it. He has a wonderful nurse named Michelle, she is also just darling and keeps you updated on changes and always returns your calls. The rest of the staff was really welcomong as well. The Lady that handles the insurances is Ann, she is also a very pleasant and compotent person to work with. The after care is a very structured one, it doesn't just leave you hanging not knowing what to do. Dr. Murphy is a very thorough surgeon, I feel very safe being in his care. I will probably add to this later once my surgery is completed. So far the only negative thing I can say is its a 3 1/2 hour drive for me but it could be worse."
