Got My Date and I'm Getting Close!!!

I got my date late Christmas eve when I listened to my messages.. Nice Present!!
Ohh !! the date is Jan 23rd!! I began my 1000 calorie diet yesterday which seemed harder than I thought it would...
It kind of put me in a bit of a panic, but I will be fine!!
Today I go for my Nutrition Class and I have TONS of questions!!

So I have been very lucky in making all my appts. for testing. In the next 2 weeks I will have gotten everything done but the pulmonary on e which right now is the end of Nov.
Yesterday I had to get the Upper GI.. EEWWW!!!!!
I am so proud of myself for getting thru it and feel like that was one of the biggest hurdles for me..
Monday was cardiologist, Yesterday was Upper GI, today is blood work.. Hey that means 2 days in a row I had to fast and not have my yummy coffee in the morning!! GRRR... LoL :)
I had already done a sleep apnea test a month ago before I began my journey...
Smooth sailing so far.. (KNOCK ON WOOD)...

Hi Everyone...
This is my 1st time writing a blog and I am glad that this is the forum I chose to begin it..
My journey is at the beginning and after last week of meeting with my surgeon I am totally psyched to get the ball rolling!!
I have all my appt made for this week as far as the list of requiremnts for medical clearances etc.
So far things are going smoothly and I pray they continue this way!!
