Working towards  having Lap-Band surgery. I am looking forward to losing and maintaining weight loss. Thats been my challenge since I was 17 years old and I lost 56 lbs and gained it back super-fast. If anyone who has had lap band WLS has lap-band advice I would like to hear it.
