Dear Nick, You can do this. It's not easy and the first week or so it kinda ruff. You may very well ask yourself what have I done... But let me tell you it IS all worth it. I have gone from 587 lbs to 223... YOu can do it too... I am willing to offer you any kind of moral support you ask for... Or share my experiaces with you too.... Allen

I am behind you 110% if you need ANYTHING day or night or have a question or whatever you know how to get ahold of me.. p.s. ifin ya need a good ol Texas Angel I am here to volunteer... you and Sherry are in my constant prayers... love you both dearly .. you can do this and I can't wait to see you on the loosing side..
