Where to start....I am a wife and mother of three kids (ages 9, 7, 4), who keep me very busy!! I had Lap-Band surgery just over a year ago. I had great results right after the surgery, losing about 30 pounds in the first 2 months.....however it's been a slow process since. I've gone down, up and plateaued over the last year. So I am rededicating my self to get to my goal!
