Arg. Wish my phone and OH got along!

TheThe function I'm wondering if anyone uses is switching from grams to lb:oz while weighing food. With food on the scale.  one allows this option the other does not.

Wow, where has the time gone? 6 months post op and 104 lbs gone. Another .2lbs and I'll be in the 100's. I can't remember the last time I weighed this little! Also in in a size large in clothes and they're LOOSE!

I have so much more energy too!

Looking for suggestions of snacks that have Protien but don't need to be kept cold.  a little for travel but mostly for work since there's no fridge there. Also I'm 5.5.5 months out

I've been sick all week cold plus flu like symptoms. . Extra nausea after eating. ..combines with not wanting to eat because it feels like swallowing razor blades. Haha

My question is... what do you all do to keep up your Protien intake and nut

I've seem to have caught a cold. I haven't been able to speak to anyone one st my venter about it... being that I woke up with it this morning. my throat is killing me and I'm drained.  I don't know what to do for relief :( 

so... yay my female time has come back on its own since surgery without medication.  BUT, it has come back with a vengeance. I have cramps for about a week before... then gets worse during... horribly worse during. then lasts lasts a couple days after.

is pepto allowed ?

Do you guys ever let yourselves have like "treats" something that not be particularly  healthy..... I'm thinking ahead.  have have a trip planned for the end of June. I'll be a few days shy if 5 months post op. And  I know I may want some unhealthy str

So.. normally I walk my dog... but she's on strick movement limitations for a month. So, what are some easy exercises to do at home? Since I'm gone most of the day anyways I don't wanna leave her home alone for long walks... and don't wanna walk alone.

I've never been a chip eater. So that's not the issue.  Lol.  

But i am craving something crunchy.... I think because with the tummy issues I've had all soft stuff for just about 3 months now... I'm needing something different... crunchy.

Almost 3 months post op. 

Just wondering when you guys started eating nuts and when they're alowed... I'm craving sting wth a crunch and would love a few almonds.
