MY STORY. . .where to begin???!! It's been a long journey over the past 15 years. From Weight Watchers to Atkins to Zone to Physician's Weight Loss and on and on. After spending thousands, literally, in weight loss products and centers I gave in. Now I was watching my family take on the same bad habits that I had. Quite frankly, I was instilling those habits in them. Enough was enough!! My doctor had placed me on high blood pressure and high cholesterol medications. The threat was there for diabetes. I had to STOP!!!!!! Stop the cycle that is.
