I want to wish you an uneventful surgery and a speedy recovery as well. I hope you will keep all you appt with your sergeon you need all the follow up you can get. It is so important I am 2 years out I started at almost 300 and I am at 128 today I eat pretty much what I want just smalllll portions. no sweets and no cokes at all... LOTS of water and walk walk walk walk... It gets easier with time trust me the first couple of months you will ask yourself did I do the right thing but in 6-8 months you will tell yourself that this was the best decission you ever made I cant tell you that there want be complications because I can't promise that but I can tell you that if you ask God can go before you and guide the surgeons hands My father is a minister Pentecostal here in Cedar Hill and he would be delighted to come pray with you befor surgery at the hospital. He has a soft heart for gastric by-pass patient since I went through it and it is scary. Peace be with you and your family..
