So yesterday 9/25/2014 I started the testings and clearances stages ugh what a headache!! Anyways I  was given a huge package of papers, lab slips and referrals was told by the bariatric  coordinator to give the package to my PCP so I give them to her she hands them back and says "these are for you" so I realize I didn't look at the paperwork throughly and they were for me anywhoo long story short I could have been taken care of some of the request if I would have looked over the package! But the list goes EKG,psych evaluation,Pap smear,chest X-ray,endoscopy,labs,Cardiac clearance so far I've got an ekg! My consultation with the surgeon is 10/16/2014 I have to wait for the cardiologist and endoscopy folks to call me since I had to be referred out by my PCP, and have yet to find a psychiatrist  who can clear me I have an appointment next week with my psychiatrist and I'm hoping they can do it, if not I'll have to pay 500$ out of pocket to have the psychiatrist the bariatric center provides clear me! This is draining! So my PCP all of the sudden acts like she gives a damn and request that I see a cardiologist and damandes that they clear me before I have surgery! I mean I'm all for it! I just find it strange that shes all concerned now I've never had any issues with my  heart in my life but it's better to be safe than sorry! So I'm just hoping I'll finish all theses testing and get all the clerences I need soon because I want to be scheduled for surgery before the end of this year! I'm praying that there will be no stalls or holdups and everything is ok I'm sure im heathy enough for surgery so hopefully I'll have a surgery date soon! I know this blog is all over the place but my mind is pretty all over the place right now!!

Omg so just on Monday I was told my referral for WLS was approved and the next day was told it was not they made a mistake it's still being processed and would take 4weeks! But got the best news today I was called and scheduled for my orientation 9/6/2014 which just happen's to be my 35th birthday (best bday gift EVER!!) I'm super juiced and excited for all of this to be beginning! This is my first blog and I'm hoping every post after this one is just as joyous!
