I can't tell you how much I can't wait to get this damn band out of me!
I know I'm probably the 1% that has had this problem but my body is basically rejecting my band. I feel it everyday and it's painful. I can't lie on my side or stomach. I have pain if I accidentally bump it... I had to have all the fluid taken out almost a year ago because of getting food stuck constantly. I still get food stuck with no fluid and I "gurgle" some days.. It's been one big headache. I also have gained back any weight I initially lost which wasn't much with the band.
I go in December 27th and I look at that day as being my new beginning.

boy I haven't updated in awhile. Still getting the hang of this whole banded life. It's not that easy but then again nothing worth it ever is right?
I'm down 29 lbs and I really haven't had any loss since my last fill so I'm plateauing now. Hopefully it will break soon! I started exercising more.. I did the Wii fit plus over the weekend and went for a walk/jog this morning. I hope to do more exercise tomorrow and Friday .... with my schedule I'll see what I can fit in. I'm hoping that will help the stalled weight loss. I go back to my doctor in another week or so.

officially 4 weeks post op and I'm really getting hungry. I'm trying to stick to the 1/2 cup eating plan but I'm able to eat more than that.. not much more maybe 1 cup total and I'm hungry again after 2 - 3 hours.
I can't wait to get my first fill on the 23rd. I'm slightly nervous though.
