My pouch seems to not be that sensitive but i don't want to take any chances i finished a 20 oz water today while at the computer but for breakfast i simply had on piece of salmon about six oz it was so good!!!! two weeks out and i am trying to settle into a diet i can tolerate and agrees with my pouch any suggestions?

Surgery is only one day away I have been waiting a year for this!!!!! finically I should put it off cause I am finically embarrassed to say the least but guess the rest of the county is where I am at right I refuse to put my weight off again. I did it before and it is 12 years later, over all I feel good about my decision I pray that all goes well and i can move on with my life.
