Well, I am about to begin a new chapter in my life. I will admit I am scared. I had the lab-band placed in October 2005 and in the beginning thought it was great but then rather quickly became discorouraged with it. If I had a fill and it was too tight, I would find myself throwing up all the time, too loose and well you know that story. So for about 7 months now all I have been able to eat and keep down is pasta and some chicken if cooked right. I decided after watching my sister eat meat and vegetables (she had a successful RNY 2 years ago and now looks great and skinny minus 125 lbs) to have the revision done. My RNY is scheduled for 12/15/06. Very nervous today as I have pre-admission testing and think I am getting a cold, hope this will not set me back. Will update soon. Thanks to all for the support.
