Well I havent been here in a while. I did have my surgery on 2.19.09 but it's not really what I've expected. It's been a little over three months and I've only last about 20 pounds so far. To be honest I eat whatever that doesn't get stuck so that's probably why. I just got my second fill on Friday which is pretty tight but it's really working. I guess I thought the band would do all the work. I was sadly mistaken. So, I don't know we will have to wait and see. My doctors says it's to early to get discouraged. I'll do better this month for sure.

My doc had to go out of town for a lecture so I had to change my date to 2.19.09. Still excited though.

January 14. Let the sexy begin!

Wow. It's been a year. A whole year. Since then I've had another baby (8.8.08) got declined for surgery, appealed it and now I'm approved! It's been some journey but I'm finally here. I don't know how long before the actual surgery but at least I know I'm gonna have it. I'm so excited, therer is  sexiness under here somewhere. I'm a little afraid of not being able to eat, but I'm more exited about being comfortable being me. Keep me in your prayers as I take this to the next level.

Okay so I promised myself that I would'nt be a sob story teller all the time so I'll keep this short:) But man that swallow was the pits! From the scheduling to the contrast, to the preganacy test they made me take before they would start!!!! It was so bogus but anywhoo it's over, over over. Next test please and Thank You!

Yesterday I recieved my second packet in the mail.....it is a little intimidating i must admit."Do you feel like a failure when you look at yourself?" "Do you eat in secret" Man I was like I don't think I'm a failure or do I? I don't even know! I just wanna get this weight off. So next on the list is the barium swallow. My 9 month old baby did it so I better be able to handle it! This part is torture!

I made my 1st payment guys! I'm so excited. The program that I'm involved in requires you to make inital payments. I guess they want to know if your serious before they spend too much time on you. But nevertheless I'm on my way to becoming a bandster! Can't wait to be on the losing side. Go me!
