Thanks for the encouragement. I went to Doctor today and I am down 13 lbs. pre-op. I'm required to stay on special diet 2 weeks prior to surgery to shrink liver and stomach. My date is 7/7 for luck. Hope you get a date soon.

Theresa, Thank you so much for your kind words of encouragement! Yes, 6 days and a wake-up until my surgery...Last week I was scared to death...this week I am so calm. I have prayed for comfort and reassurance, and God has heard those prayers! Each day I get more and more excited for the wonderful life I'll have after I've received the tool. May He continue to bless you on your journey as well! You'll be in my thoughts and prayers...
