As you can see I'm half way through my journey.  although honestly it will never end. 
I'm proud of my accomplishments and it gets better every day.  More energy more strenght and
more self esteem

Had my first Dr's visit today and it went good.  I was a little down because I've only lost 7 lbs. But I should be thankful.  And I am trully I am.  I couldn't of done it without WLS.  and it only gets better from here.  He adv. to keep up with what I'm doing and it will just start dropping off like nothing.  Yeah for me
