It's been a while since I have visited this site. (Two broken computers). So much has changed since I last logged on. Due to a scheduling conflict with my surgeon, my date has been rescheduled again. The final date has been set for July 30. I am really getting excited. I went to a pre-admission class on Monday, 7/2/07. It was really informative. My surgery will be at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. The bariatric nursing staff seems very nice and was available to answer any and all questions. I'm feeling a little anxious about the after WLS pain/discomfort. I want to be strong for myself and my family. I have been reading a lot of information and am encouraged. Please keep my in prayer. I will be going on a 12 day vacation prior to my surgery. A week after I return, its time. thank you for all who have responded and have become my friends. With the help of my husband, I will post pictures of my journey. Hopefully you will see me soon.
