WHERE DID MY FEBRUARY POST GO?

3/07/2009Today I weighed in at 194.8 which allowed me to change my goal from 199 to 178. I have not weighed 178 since I was about 14 years old but that will be 100 lbs lost for me. I did post a couple of weeks ago stating that I was now under 200 lbs but I dont know where that post went. I have been working out 3 times a week for the last few weeks and i'm now trying to make that a necessity rather than a task. I like the way I feel after I leave the gym. Its actually leaving the house and going that is hard to do. I continue to struggle with the vitamins but I am trying my best to just remember to take them. I have increased my protein intake this month by drinking as many of my protein shakes as I can (2-3 daily) The one Bad habit that I have been working on is eating so much fruit and snacking on peanut butter and graham crackers. I think my body craves the sugar from the fruit and the protein from the peanut butter. I dont know....but I rather stick to more of a low carb lifestyle since at this point I have not dumped. I know the snacking is just an old habit that I have to break. I plan on having my 6 month check up with Dr Clark later in the month and I plan on seeing the dietician on the same day so I will discuss some snacking options with her.
