Was diagnosed with PCOS and started Metformin for that, I am also on High BP meds....

We finally have insurance.... I found a PCP and talked with her today at a great length. LOVE HER!!!! She is also on board with weight loss surgery if we decide together it is needed for me. I am so thrilled!!!! 

I started to go to a gym and have gone everyday except for Saturdays and Sundays... I am loving it.... 

I got a membership at a local gym. I am so glad I love it! I know I have only done 2 days, but it feels so GOOD!!!!! Tonight, Lord willing I am going to my first meeting. I can't wait. 

Well I did screw up on Sunday and had a glass of soda at our dinner at church. I am just sick about it, but life goes on. I had a sip today of my daughter's soda. But I am not counting that! Water has been my friend since though. I am ok with it. 

No soda, but the food was bad, very bad. Uhg I need help. 

Without Soda! Just 144 hours more to go:)  I have had 3 liters of water, almost done with the 4th one. Want to get a 5th liter in. But we shall see.
