Hi all! I have been overweight all my life. I was teased in school, but it never really bothered me because I was quiet and I felt like they weren't my friends anyway. Fast forward to now. I am 30 years old and have been married to a great guy for 6 years. We would love to start a family, but my weight is preventing that from becoming a reality. Also, I lost my dad to diabetes a year and a half ago. I see myself going down the same path and I need to make a change. I have considered this surgery before and I'm really hoping that this time, I can make it come true.
