8 months out! 84 pounds down!

I just read my blog. Boy it was fun reading it! I have lost 84 pounds so far! I love how I look! I weigh less now than I did when I got married! When I lose the next 4 pounds I will have not been at that weight since I was in high school! I love going shopping for clothes! I am wearing a size 16. I use to wear a 24/26. I went in to see my regular dr. She walked by me and did not even recognize me! She was so suprised! People keep telling me how much younger I look.
I am having some problems with getting my vit. levels to even out. Some are actually too high. My glucose is at 116- which is also a bit high. With the weight loss I thought it would have went down. I also have some protein in my urine. We don't know why yet. I do need to drink more water, I am walking about 2 miles a day right now---so now it is time to really make tge change in drinking water. :)

Hi, I am waiting for my insurance to get back with Dr. Hong with the approvle for my surgery. Does anyone else have Great West Insu.? If you do how long did you have to wait for the reply? Did anyone else have a scope put down their throat becasue of GERDS? I can't wait for his call.
