Need SUPPORT with my plateau!!

I am from Long Island and need people to talk to that had VSG.  Its been 5 years since my surgery and I go up and down in the same 30 lb range.  I can not get lower than 190 and I am so upset.  I work out everyday!  

Any plateau kickin-ass suggestions?!!  Please?!!
