In response to some of the PM

Muscle is lost through the malnutrition of Protein and Branch chain amino acids. To replace these nutrients we would have to eat good amounts of them which in turn defeats the purpose we altered out bodies to eat less. I became very lazy I didn't have to do a thing to lose weight so I neglected taking my vitamins and Iron and the stupid protein shakes. I was looking for trouble and trouble found me. Its very easy to lose focus, I'm just glad I found my way. This particular doctor had dedicated his practice to WL patients and its amazing how much information you can get out of him. It first began with surge of "natural" vitamins to bring me up to speed and I ran my blood month after month and consistently my levels were increasing, In 3 short months my blood was normal, I was no longer Anemic and I felt amazing. I had been lifting weights for three years before the program and I had no real muscle to show for it nor did my muscle get hard so I spoke with the doctor who is now a good friend and he devised a regiment for me and long and behold I became very muscular and very hard (except for the skin in the midsection can't beat that one) but surprisingly enough my skin did tighten up quite a bit everywhere else and I will post pictures to show the change from beginning to the best shape I have ever been in.
If you want more information please send me a PM and I can tell you what you need to do, I am also training to become a personal trainer for WL patients so If I can help please let me know.

Project Transformation

Well I finally got most of the skin in my midsection addressed so my new journey begins soon I hope. I love bodybuilding and mixed martial arts so I plan on getting ripped before summer. I have been trying to build muscle since my WLS but never was able to because I let the malnutrition from the GBS beat me. I became severely deficient in my protein and iron levels until I found a doctor who helped me bypass the malnutrition and in 8 short months I put on some serious muscle and got back on track. I hurt a tendon in my arm which kept me from working out but I'm better now and ready to take on the world.
