I just wanted to apologize to everyone for being away for so long, I am in nursing school and have had no time to update everyone, I have lost a total amount of 60 pounds since my surgery day and I am doing WONDERFUL! I have not had any complications, a couple of dumping syndromes but other than that I am good. I am going to keep everyone posted and I will add some pics today. Love you all.

I am doing great I can't eat much so I eat in spurts, cannot tolerate fatty foods, or grits mashed potatoes, or sweets, also have become lactose intolerate.

Hello everyone my surgery went well I am home and recovering, I want to thank everyone for their support and prayers, I went in at 241 and i am at 229! That's 12 pounds in 3 days! I am just trying to get my routine together on these protein shakes and vitamins if any one has any good ideas i will be listening. Well I am a little tired now and going to go lay down , love yall!

WELL I HAD MY PRE-OP VISIT AND NUTRITION CLASS TODAY, FOUND OUT THAT I WOULD BE ON A FULL LIQUID DIET STARTING TOMORROW BECAUSE THE DOCTOR WANTS MY LIVER TO SHRINK BEFORE SURGERY, I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS IS GOING TO HAPPEN,ANYWAY I AM EXCITED.

i AM ALMOST 2 YEARS OUT! i FEEL WONDERFUL.......!

I HAVE A NEW SURGERY DATE EVERYONE IT WILL BE DECEMBER 15TH INSTEAD OF DECEMBER 30TH, BECAUSE OF A CANCELLATION.. I AM EXCITED AND GIVE GOD ALL OF THE GLORY!
