greetings fine fellow OH members. I am please to announce that i am working diligently on myself and i feel great! i have a new found high esteem and i am a bit more vocal in conversations (those that know me personally know that i was not very quiet to begin with).  I am down 53 lbs AND COUNTING!!! I feel blessed that i made this decision and blessed to have my physical mental and spiritual health back on track... ON THE PATH to wellness!

I joined this website with the intention of looking for answers and exploring options realted to Weight Loss Surgery.  I went on a hiatus from logging in until after my Realize Lap-Band Surgery on 11/09/09.  The pre-op diet was harsh but I lost 15 lbs.  The post-op diet was worse but I lost another 9 lbs.  I am now 3 weeks post-op and down 30 lbs! I know I can do this!!!
