A goal achieved!

I have now lost a total of 200 lbs. It's amazing to think that I have lost the equivilant of an entire person. I feel so much healthier now. I'm wearing a size 14, and though I would like to get to a size 12 at least, I'm ok with where I am and very proud of the progress I've made.
