hello everyone. i started my journey back in late 2011 I was 350 pounds 6ft3in going thru the herdles to get insuranse to approve me for vsg. was suppossed to have surgery in sep 2012. but by then i had lost 80 pounds and was convinced i can do this without this surgical procedure.
fast forward to 2017 at a high weight of 387. started to process all over agan. this time I was sleeved sept 28th 2017.
Thank God everthing went smooth. I stayed over night with some crazy spasms but was ok by the second day. its been for days out and i had only needed to take 1 dose of pain meds when i arrived home. the pain has subsided almost over night. the thing to really watch out for is the gas pain. you really need to walk it off and the gas x strips really help. ( I was able to find them at amazon)
