"Dr Moein is very nice and answers all of your questions that you have, but make sure that you ask them while you are at the office for your appointment. If you try calling the office with any questions, you can expect to wait a couple days before your call is returned. No matter what time of day I call or what my concern is, I am always told that everyone is busy with patients and I will have to wait for a call back or until my next appointment. To me this can be very frustrating especially if it is a simple question. They staff is very friendly, but they are very busy."
