So last night I fixed grillled fish and grilled zucchini... 

I chewed... I ate slowly... I ate less than the 3 total ounces on my plate... 

And something is stuck. And it's been stuck since last night, and now it's 10am the next day.

So I am now 6 weeks post op. I'm down 35.5 pounds, and pretty pleased with where I'm going.

So it dawned on me the other day... when I have a migraine, I pop 800MG of ibuprofen when the light aura's start, head home, and go to sleep... when I wake up I'm drained, slightly nauseous, but the worst is gone.

I get light aura migraines...

So I know in my mind it's all good... my brain knows this in some place... 

But in another place, I'm just kinda bummed.

Today is my 1 month mark.

I've lost a total of 18.5 pounds since my surgery day.
