Hi everyone, Thank you for your thoughts and prayers. I'm back home. The surgery went well and I am reasonably comfortable. I have 6 laparascopic stab wounds which are a bit uncomfortable. I have some gas and a bloated feeling in my stomach. It's difficult to know how much to take in. I was told to sip 30cc/30 minutes throughout the day. Emotionally I am somewhat euphoric about the whole thing but I also have some grieving about my old unhealthy eating habits. I have no second thoughts that I have made the absolutely best decision for my health and for my family.

My prayers are with you on your upcoming surgery and for a speedy recovery. Debby, I believe one day soon you will be able to catch up with your daughter and husband and all this will be well worth it. God Bless You.
