"My first impresion was that he was professional. He was very understang and very factual about the procedure. I know I am one of many patients and can't help but feel like an assembly line sometimes. The office staff knows what they are doing. Everything is well orchestrated. What I like least about my surgean is his bedside manner. Future patients should know that they are in good hands with Dr. Deutsch and his staff. They are very knowledgable. I was given a notebook to explain everything that I need to do. I was told to follow the book. There is a support group for the patients but because I live so far away, it is hard to attend. When I asked about the risks, I was told all of them and given the facts. I rate the whole experiance great. I think that surgical competence and bedside manner are important but if given the choice, i would chose surgical competence anyday. "
