"When I first met Dr. Ballantyne at his seminar, I felt he was extremely knowledgeable and highly respected, but I wasn't that impressed with his "bedside" manner. I am pleased and happy to report that my initial judgement was totally wrong. When I went to see him for my personal consultation he was warm and caring, took plenty of time explaining things to me. I like him very much and would recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent surgeon in the North Jersey/New York City area. I haven't had that much interaction with his office staff as yet so I can't say anything one way or the other about them. Dr. Ballantyne stresses over and over the importance of aftercare.
