It is Janurary 27, 2010   a little over 3 years from my surgery.
Jan of 2007 I had to have the band removed from terrible compications.    nothing was staying down, and if I tried to lay down to sleep all i did was throw up!
soo here I am 3 years later and tried every blinking diet in the book and still weight the same as I did the day the band came out.... this SUKS......

Must do betta, must do betta....
