Sleeve: the newest procedure want comments from those w/sleeve

I am trying to get some feedback on the surgery and post-op expectations from individuals who have actually gotten the Sleeve.  Why did you choose the Sleeve?  How were you after surgery?  Where are you now?  Have any helpful hints or suggestions?
