hey all well its be three years since surgery, im now into s.size 8.But now im struggling wit food. i find that i can eat more an it scares me!!!!! i need to get.back on track. on that note i have tons of

excess skin:( its so ugly...im so glad i had the SURGERY. IM 15# FROM MY GOAL WEIGHT:)...PAULA

 

It's been two months since I had surgery. I  have lost a total of 44lbs, I'm sure if that's good or not. I still struggle with protein drinks:( but I'm working on it. also I'm still trying to down loads pics on here.

Well tomorrow will be my two week check up since surgery. I'm doing pretty well so far. I weigh my self and I have lost        15 lbs I'm not sure if that good or not. Of course I'm still looking for that right protein shake for me.. I did find a drink at Kroger it was called a shot of protein It was only 110 calorie and it had 16 protein which was aw-some. It taste like kool aid, I only got one to try it just incase i didn't like it. I hope they have more of them.  I would love to find some friends on here so that i don't feel alone with this.   Paula

hey all well i made it through sugery all went well. I'm sore and i move around veru slowy:) but that fine, i know as time goes by I will be better. I'm staying with my sister right now  so she can help me out with me and my 3 children she such a god blessing:) The nurse is coming later on today, i will keep you informed..

Well tomorrow my big day!! I'm so nervous, and excited at the same time. I try to down load pics of me on here but no luck i guess i wil have to work on it . I hope everyone had a great christmas. Wish me luck!!!!
