Well, it has been four days since my surgery. WOW! How the time flies. First of all, I wan't to thank each and everyone of you for their kind words of support. You can't believe how much that ment to. And Jen, thank you for always being there for me. Where should I start, 1. starter packages and gifts 2. Calling me and supporting me pre and post-op. 3. Keeping the members of OB up to date. 4. Coming to my house to see how I was doing after surgery. 5. Being a great obesity support group leader. I could probably go on for days. Thanks again. By the way, I am doing great. My energy level has already started soring higher. I did have pain for the first few days but now it is so minimal. This is the best thing I could have done for my self. It really is great to be on the "LOSING SIDE!!!!!

I just got off the phone with Paula she is doing GREAT. She has been on her walks as she was told to do and the pain is manageable now. Her biggest thing is that she would like some water but she has to make do for now with ice chips and swabbing her mouth. That is it for now but I will post more tomorrow night.

Paula, had her surgery this morning at 7:15 and everything went as expected. She had it lap as wanted and the doctor also removed her gallbladder as it was needed. I will be calling her soon and will post more as needed.
