I just wanted to let everyone know that I reached one of my goals and even a month earlier. I have lost 100 lbs. on my 5th month anniversary. I am so happy, because I was always afraid this surgery wasnt going to work for me. All I can say is exercise and water are the key. Have a great day all....

Sharon is home and doing well!! She is getting lots of help from her mom Betty who I had the pleasure of meeting when Sharon was in the hospital. I'm sure Ms. Betty will take good care of Sharon and make sure she is following Dr.'s orders.

Hi, I just wanted to let everyone know that Sharon is doing very well. I went to see her today and the nurses were just about to get her up and walking. She was very anxious to get out of bed. She was having some pain in her back which made it hard for her to get comfortable. Other than that she was fine. I will post again later.
