So I SWORE I would never go back. I knew it happened, but not to me.This shall be short and sweet...ok, kinda sweet...
I have gained 47 lbs back. 47. Very not nice.
As of yesterday I am "back." Three meals, nothing inbetween. I am tracking everything in www.fitday.com
This journey will NOT combust in flames ... or FAT! Period.
