"I first met Dr. Weiss laying on a table in pre-op waiting for him to perform an EGD on me prior to surgery. He came in and introduced himself and my first impression was how kind and yet professional he was. Over time my impression of him has grown even more. His office and hospital staff are knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. He has the highest of standards in care and yet is able to balance these standards with warmth and compassion towards his patients. Prior to surgery he addressed the surgical risks with me completely and fully prepared me for life after RNY. He took time in appointments to talk to me and answer my questions without making me feel rushed or confused. He showed interest for even my simplest questions and never made me feel ignorant for asking or like I was imposing on his time. He places a high emphasis on an aftercare program and his office offers lifetime structured support for patients. Overall I would say Dr. Weiss is the best! His surgical competence and bedside manner are fantastic and I am very proud to be his patient!"
