"My first impression was that he was very compassionate and understanding and took time to listen to me.

His staff leaves alot to be desired. They do NOT return phone calls or emails.

To have follow up doctors set up in the area where they live prior to surgery.
Not much on after care discussed.
NO after care program I know of set up.
He was very thorough in his description of what the risks were of having this and any surgery.
Surgical competence and bedside manner were excellent in my opinion."
