"I felt Dr. Oakley was very professional and likeable. He took his time explaining all of the different types of surgery and why he felt they would or would not be right for me (should I decide this is what I wanted to do). He was very patient about answering questions and did not rush through the appointment, which was refreshing. I referred to Dr. Oakley by my OB-GYN who I trust and respect very much. When I told my OB I was thinking about looking into Gastric Bypass, he said I'm so glad to talked to me! I feel very comfortable that Oakley is a good surgeon.
On a side note, I happened to know one of the nurses in Dr. Oakley's office, which made me feel even more comfortable. Additionally, Dr. Oakley's office staff who deals with the insurance issues, Jennifer, is very nice and seems to really be good at dealing with the insurance companies.
