Looking for more assistance.  Both me and my husband had gastric bypass surgery.  My husband had it in 2007 amd I in 2006.  He lost all his weight, 180 lbs, and I lost 100lbs then gained back 50.  I eat less than him, but still gain.  It is very frustrating.  I fell like I never achieved anything.  Not sure where to go from here.  The bariatric centre nearby has recommended a weight loss clinic.  i have put in for it, but I have been here before.  Just a little down in the dumps.  I do wish I had known more.  The one good thing that came out of this is that my husband lost the weight.  He would have never done this if I hadn't done it first.. I really believe he would not be alive today had he not gone ahead with the surgery.
Still I feel like I have been left behind somehow. 
Don;t get me wrong I have not completely given up.  Just knocked down a notch.  Somehow I will find my healthy zone.
