First Dr. Visit

Ok... so it wasn't that bad.  They didn't do the ds but instead the gastric sleeve.  They said if they need to go back and finish it they will in the future.  I hope not.  The pain I anticipated was put under control by the pain killers.  I did have problems with nausea from the first couple of days and was put on anti nausea medication after I was discharged from the hospital.  So far I've been healing ok. I really don't feel hungry.  If I smell specific foods I do have cravings but I definantly don't hunger for them.  Later on I'll be more specific on my hospital experience and other things that I've gone through but I did want to say that I'm doing well.  I had my first doc visit and I'm down 17lbs since surgery day.  Yippee!
