well I am below goal but I am staying the same weight.  I hope everyone had a nice christmas and a happy new year ours was quiet. 

I am sorry it has been so long since I have written but my computer was in the shop getting fixed but I have lost 101 pounds.  I am so happy I have had this done it is just amazing to me.  and My family just can't believe it.  Next month I go for my bloodwork and I am anxious to see what it tells.  I have been having alot of lows in my blood sugar so hopefully they can do somethingg about that or it straightens out.   I have been walking about 2 1/2 miles about twice a week. 

I got weighed in on thursday and I weigh 190 so that is 75 lbs I have lost al together and about 55 since surgery.  But I am having a hard time eaing in the morning it just does not seem to want to stay or either I get sick of it real fast so I was wondering if there is something else I can eat does anybody have any suggestions? 

Other then that I am doing very well I am gettingg m walking in but I have to work on my arms I am getting that flab underneath them and I don't like that.

yesterday was my youngest sons birthday he was 18 that makes me feel old.

well I am a litttle over 2 months out and I am finally under 200 pounds. Yipeeeeeeeeeeee.  No more 2.s for me I am finally in the 100's .  I am doing better at eating.  Everything is just a trial and error for me.  My wound is getting better,  the dr.  Had to repop the wound and get so more pus out of it.  But he finally let me in the pool and I think that it has helped it to heal.  the outside of the wound has healed but the middle of the wound still seems big and not healing good but I don't see the dr. until August 6 th.and I have lost 70lbs altogether but I have lost about 45 lbs since surgery.

well I have had my surgery about a month ago and I was doing fine until ;about 2 weeks after and I started with an infection in one of my wounds.  and we are still packing the wound with gauze but it is getting better not much infection coming out now.

I have lost about 26 pounds since surgery and 48 pounds altogether.  I feel so much better.  and I am glad that I got this done.  I am getting off alot of my medicines.  I go see the doctor in another week to check the wound out hopefully we can let it all heal.   

now I am just trying to get the eating part down.  I am doing better.

I got a call today about having my kidney stone out and it is going to be on wednesday the 2nd at 2:15.  i can't wait until it is done.  i am sick of stressing about it.  and have a rough week at work did not help me .  but it is going to be a month until my WLS I can't wait.

I now have a kidney stone that needs to come out and that is coming out on the 2nd of april and it is 1 cm so the doctor said that I can't pass it so he has to go up and get it.  so in the mean time I had to change the date of my surgery.  I was so very dissappointed i cried all day this has messed every thing up I had so much planned for after my surgery.  the urologist was trying to talk me out of haveing this surgery but I said that there is no talking me out of it .  so until later have a good easter everyone

I got a date it is april 3rd.

I got a letter for approval from my insurance company for surgery I am so excited

well last week i had my appointment and we talked about surgery and they are schedulin for march now .  so I will have an appointment with the dr.. on feb. 28 and I also meet with the nutritionist.  and we are waiting for the papers from the insurance to come back.  I am getting nervous about this and excited at the same time .
