"I have relied totally on Profect (Protica.com) since my surgery in 2009 but I am in desperate straits as I can't find it now. The website doesn't accept my online orders, I get no return call when I leave them voicemails and I can't find it at my Rite-aid (their retail outlet). Does anyone know if they have gone out of business?"
