I am a 54 year old lady who is tired of being (fat) unhealthy !!! I am finally going to do something for me, I need to be healthy to take care of the people I love. I have struggled all my life, my family call me the diet Queen. I am retired and should be living a haalthy happy life, Can you believe I am sick of eating, yet I keep doing it. I quit smoking 15 years ago, nothing to it, why can I not loose weight and keep it off.
